Chief Executive Officer and DirectorChris Cocks is Chief Executive Officer and Board member of Hasbro, Inc., a leading games, IP and toy company with a legacy of creating magic through play for more than 100 years. Since February 2022, Chris has lent his vision and expertise to steer the company’s global transformation, foster innovation, and supercharge growth potential across Hasbro’s brand portfolio. His Playing to Win strategy aims to expand Hasbro’s reach from over 500 million kids, families, and fans today to over 750 million by 2027.
A lifelong fan himself, Chris has driven the company’s evolution to become a major player in digital gaming, guiding strategic licensing agreements and establishing a network of video game studios to position Hasbro as a leading AAA video game developer and publisher. Under Chris’ leadership, Hasbro has become the #1 IP licensor in digital gaming, and the largest corporate parent of IP mobile games by U.S. revenue, with the success of the mobile game juggernaut MONOPOLY GO! from partners at Scopely, and the award-winning Baldur’s Gate III video game from Larian Studios.
Previously, Chris was President of Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming segment, during which time growth in the division more than doubled. His bold approach to customer segmentation unlocked numerous multi-million-dollar ideas and led Wizards’ iconic brand MAGIC: THE GATHERING to multiple years of consecutive growth since 2018. With Chris at the helm, DUNGEONS & DRAGONS became a pop culture powerhouse with more than 85M global fans and a strong foundation for ongoing success across both physical and digital fan experiences.
Prior to joining Hasbro, Chris held senior management positions at Microsoft Corporation, where he guided the marketing strategies of hit Xbox Games franchises including Halo and served as Vice President of OEM Technical Sales. He also worked at LeapFrog as Vice President of Educational Games and began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.
A graduate of Harvard University, Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors for Brown University Health and Molson Coors.

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating OfficerAs Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Hasbro, Inc., Gina Goetter oversees the Company’s global business and corporate financial operations – including treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit, accounting and control, supply chain operations and data insights, and business planning and analysis. Her role also includes delivering the Company’s Operational Excellence program and associated cost savings.
Gina joined Hasbro in May 2023 and brings over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of driving strong financial and operational results. She joined Hasbro from Harley-Davidson, where she served as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, tax, Investor Relations, and Mergers & Acquisitions. During her time at Harley Davidson, Gina led the Company through a multi-year strategic transformation focused on restoring growth and profitability across the core business and reinvigorating total shareholder return.
Earlier in her career, Gina was Senior Vice President of Finance for Tyson Foods’ Prepared Foods Segment and spent 21 years at General Mills in increasingly senior Finance roles.
Gina has a B.A.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and a M.B.A from Boston College Carroll School of Management. She serves on the board of SC Johnson.

Chief People Officer, Hasbro, Inc.As Hasbro’s Chief People Officer, Holly Barbacovi leads the company’s global Human Resources organization, overseeing a people and culture strategy to attract and retain top talent, support strategic objectives, and reinforce Hasbro’s values and dedication to connecting people through play.
Holly joined Hasbro from Bungie, a video game company and subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment, where she most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and previously as Chief People Officer since 2021. At Bungie, Holly’s work championing a people-first culture enabled the studio’s rapid evolution to support multi-franchise development, as well as the studio’s transition to a dynamic, digital-first global workforce.
Holly previously served as Vice President of HR at Wizards of the Coast from 2016 to 2020 and has held various leadership roles across both HR and Operations at Amazon Games and Microsoft, where she spent over 16 years. A 24-year veteran of the tech and gaming industry, Holly has worked on franchises such as Kinect, Halo, MAGIC: THE GATHERING and DUNGEONS & DRAGONS.
A strong advocate for DE&I and putting employees first, Holly has a digital-first mindset and deep expertise in the capabilities and innovative technologies needed to enhance the employee experience.
Holly has a bachelor’s degree in English from Western Washington University and an MA in Chinese Studies from the University of Washington. She is an avid gamer and enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Chief Supply Chain OfficerAs Chief Supply Chain Officer at Hasbro, Inc., Stephanie Beal oversees Hasbro’s global supply planning, global sourcing and procurement, logistics and fulfillment, quality assurance and security, and works to position Hasbro’s supply chain as a competitive advantage, creating value and building flexibility and resilience to exceed customer expectations.
Stephanie has a background in CPG industry with more than 30 years of experience in supply chain across manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supporting technologies. She joined Hasbro in 2022, as the SVP, Global Planning, focused on creating a more responsive process and digital planning environment to improve service performance. Similarly, in her previous role as VP Planning, Strategy & Transformation at Rockwell Automation, she oversaw supply chain process and technology implementations to improve service performance. Prior to Rockwell, Stephanie held senior roles at Kimberly Clark and AB InBev, driving global programs across the supply chain, in areas such as S&OP, digital supply chain, global inventory policy, organizational and network design, among other responsibilities. She had an extensive supply chain career at Unilever, with her last role starting up the Unilever Americas Supply Chain Company in Switzerland.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor degree of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Jason joined Hasbro in May 2023, bringing more than 20 years of marketing experience with a focus on gaming and technology. Prior to Hasbro, Jason served as the first-ever Chief Marketing Officer of Riot Games, where he oversaw game marketing, product publishing, and global channel strategy for the developer and publisher of such games as League of Legends. Previously, he served as the SVP of Brand Management and Marketing for Electronic Arts (EA), where he was responsible for EA’s game portfolio of more than 20 global brands across console, PC, mobile and live services. He started his career in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi in New York and went on to spend 10 years at Microsoft leading product marketing for key projects including the launch of Office 365.
A champion of innovation, Jason has supported several early-stage entrepreneurs and startups across several industries, most recently in web3 and the beauty category. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
Jason was named to the 2025 Forbes Entrepreneurial CMO 50 list.

He is responsible for the strategic growth and global expansion of Hasbro’s flagship gaming brands, including Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons, across tabletop and digital platforms. He also oversees the development of original and licensed video games based on Hasbro’s broader brand portfolio.
Since joining Hasbro, Hight has driven key efforts to accelerate digital transformation, expand community engagement, and grow the studio pipeline. He established a dedicated digital publishing team, signed an exclusive development deal with independent studio Giant Skull, and oversaw the launch of Magic: The Gathering – Final Fantasy, the brand’s best-selling set.
Before Hasbro, Hight spent over a decade at Blizzard Entertainment as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Warcraft franchise. He oversaw all development and commercial operations for World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, and Warcraft Rumble, and led development on multiple World of Warcraft expansions, Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, and the console version of Diablo III.
Earlier in his career, Hight contributed to more than 30 published titles across a variety of platforms and genres. At Sony Computer Entertainment of America, he helped launch the PlayStation Network and led the internal development team at Santa Monica Studio, overseeing God of War 3. He also held senior roles at Electronic Arts and Atari, contributing to the Command & Conquer and Neverwinter Nights franchises.
A 30-year veteran of the video game industry, Hight has also served as an adjunct professor at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where he taught game development and production. He is the lead author of Game Development Essentials: Game Project Management, blending industry expertise with practical instruction.
Hight holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, from the University of New Mexico and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Prior to joining Hasbro, Tim served as Executive Chairman and CEO at PlayMonster Toys, a dynamic toy and game company that focuses on delivering quality play experiences for kids and families around the world. Prior to that Tim served as the leader of Activision Blizzard’s Consumer Products business, managing the category strategy and creative development of multiple product ranges in support of Activision Blizzard's key franchises.
Tim served as Chief Commercial Officer for Mattel, Inc. overseeing Mattel's sales and Marketing operations. Prior to being named CCO, Kilpin was Executive Vice President of Boys and Girls Global Brands at Mattel, leading all aspects of marketing and product design and development, including the successful launch of Monster High, Mattel's first new IP in 30+ years. He also served as Executive Vice-President, Franchise Management at The Walt Disney Company.
He received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Tim serves on the board of the Toy Association and has previously served on the boards and executive committees of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Children Affected by AIDS Foundation.

Dan Shull

Dan joined Hasbro in July 2024 and brings over 25 years of Fortune 500 industry experience, previously serving as Chief Technology Officer at REI. He joined REI in 2018 as VP, Customer Technology and over his time at the company presided over key strategic initiatives for the technology team, including elevating the company’s cyber security position, migration to AWS and subsequent strategic transformation to optimize performance, and a functional reorganization to drive greater cost efficiencies and increase customer and employee satisfaction.
Prior to REI, Dan worked in management consulting and as CIO at Signet Jewelers Inc. Previously, he spent seven years at Nike Inc. in key leadership roles, advancing to VP, Strategy, Architecture and Portfolio. He started his career at Borders Group Inc., where he held several leadership positions over the course of his combined 15 years at the company.
Dan has an MBA from University of Michigan and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Phoenix University. He previously served on the board of University of Washington Information School and on the national board of directors for non-profit organization Friends of the Children.

Roberta joined Hasbro from Notion, the collaboration software company, where she served as Chief Brand and Communications Officer, and built a team focused on brand, design, and storytelling. Prior to that, Roberta led the Product Communications and Corporate Communications teams at Meta, formerly Facebook, where she helped tell the company’s story both externally and internally for more than seven years. Roberta began her career as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, and then spent more than seven years at critical issues and corporate relations agency Brunswick Group, where she advised on media relations, crisis, and issues management, and oversaw comms for high-profile M&A transactions.
Roberta studied Classics at the University of Oxford. She currently serves on the board of ColorComm, the nation’s leading women’s platform addressing diversity and inclusion across the communications, marketing, advertising, media, and digital industries.
