How can I attend the Annual Meeting?

The Hasbro 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held in a virtual format only. Our virtual meeting will be structured in a manner intended to provide our shareholders with a participation experience similar to an in-person meeting.

To attend, vote, and submit questions during the Annual Meeting visit www.meetnow.global/MHMKPY9 and enter the control number included in your Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, voting instruction form, or proxy card.

Online access to the webcast will open approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the Annual Meeting.

To submit questions in advance of the Annual Meeting, visit www.meetnow.global/MHMKPY9 before 10 a.m. Eastern Time on June 11, 2026, and enter the control number.

 

How do I vote my shares?

We encourage all shareholders to submit proxies in advance of the Annual Meeting by telephone, by Internet or by mail. Sending your proxy by any of these methods will not affect your right to virtually attend and vote at the Annual Meeting or by executing a proxy designating a representative to vote for you at the Annual Meeting.

If you are a Registered shareholder as of the Record Date, you can vote (i) by following the instructions on the proxy card to vote by telephone or Internet, (ii) by completing, signing, dating and mailing the proxy card in the postage-paid envelope provided or (iii) by attending the Annual Meeting virtually and voting during the meeting as described in the proxy statement

If you hold shares through a broker, bank or other nominee, that institution enclosed a voting instruction form for you to use to direct it how to vote those shares held by such broker, bank or other nominee. Your ability to vote by telephone or over the Internet depends upon your broker, bank or other nominee’s voting process. Please follow the instructions on your voting instruction form carefully.

Even if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting virtually, we encourage you to vote your shares by submitting your proxy card or voting instruction form in advance of the Annual Meeting.

Where can I find the voting results of the Meeting?

We will announce preliminary voting results at the Meeting. We will publish final voting results in a Current Report on Form 8-K within a few days following the Meeting.
